I don't think it's just a coincidence, but this points to a bottom in December. Right there. Perhaps the earliest date is November.

As an example, I'm noticing here that XRT and XLI are in the in sync box and that they're in the late breakdown box. That tells me that there's a high probability that those are suffering daily cycle breakdowns.
