This is what I see with companies like SpaceX or Tesla . There is a lot of enthusiasm already factored into the stock price. Of course, these are great companies with enormous potential, but their valuations are already approaching $2 trillion, and therefore they already incorporate a lot of hope and excitement into the share price, reducing the gains for investors while the risks keep increasing .

Next up on into Tesla. Tesla pushing up like much of the market this morning, but look at this drift higher that we've had here on Tesla. It's been a great push, but it's someone somewhat losing some steam.
And you can see that because we're not putting in any sort of proper move up consolidation move up consolidation methods. What I see here like on these other charts that have had significant breakdowns from trend lines.
This one highlighting also it's a common date guys back to that April 2025 low connecting pivot to pivot. So that clearly illustrates we've got an X marks the spot right here for Tesla right around $400 where I likely see resistance on Tesla in the near term. something that would likely take some consolidation to break through on that chart.
We are using Grok Bot in Tesla cars, literally in a Tesla car, more on that in a bit, after getting early access a few weeks ago, for which we thank the wonderful engineers.
I used it to order food pickup for me and my fiancé from Tesla. This comes in the wake of news from Tesla's official account, the Grok in your Tesla can now do important things for you.
Tesla up 6%. Tesla,
Tesla I spoke about Tesla and this channel up from the bottom here. Let me try draw this channel in a crude way. Boop, boop, boom. With my little arrows. This is the channel I've been talking about, the channel to $400 that's going to happen.
There's nothing but catalysts and tailwinds coming into Q4 for this company. Also, it's the strongest season for Tesla and cars are sold out. Mega packs are selling like hot cakes.
They got into bed with Nvidia. One company just ordered, I don't know, two and a half thousand semi-truckss. I mean, it's insane what's going on here. But this channel continues.
Now, we do have a problem with this 380 level where that was the support for a lot of the year and a great buying opportunity, especially around 350, 380, sub 380. Then we had that killer buying opportunity down here at low 300s, which I I I couldn't believe.
I mean, it fell so low. But we're above 380 now. That's the key level because that's level five in the ATR. We need need to get that behind us so we can roll higher. And there is still a little resistance there.
There's some cell walls hit at this level. So, we're struggling a little bit.
I must say, I don't know how Waymo will compete when the CyberCab is launched . Why do the smartest people in the room all seem to agree on the success of the Tesla Cyber Cup?
all seem to agree on a future in which Tesla CyberCab will sweep the self- driving taxi market, capture a large share, and dominate in terms of price and performance.
Big thank you to TND Tesla Sha D Cyber Sniper Bookhorn.
Amazon 1%. Tesla 5.7%, call it 6%, SpaceX 4%.
We have Tesla Semi roll out. We'll talk about that in a second. Got some launches. Tesla October 1st, nextG roadster reveal in Waco, Texas.
I'm very curious about the latter, Charles. You've included Tesla in your top three stocks here. How are you currently dealing with Tesla? Well, to be honest, there's some speculation involved.
There is, as you know, some suppressed resistance around the 380 price. I think the real breakout area lies notably around 384, but there is a level of consolidation that I see, and the price action is making me optimistic.
The recovery point after today's decline clearly showed the presence of short-term buying demand even at these recent high levels. Interestingly, this point has been historically controversial in recent weeks, as we have seen trading that is more risk-averse than risk-oriented.
So I don't know if the price will break through this area, but I think it's poised for a good breakout similar to what we saw with Google on Friday. Again, this is an excellent investment opportunity, but it quickly collapses and causes you a huge loss.
Therefore, I advise you to be cautious, but I expect a strong rise to 395. Therefore, I prefer to hold the October 5 contract at an execution price of 395 at 550 or lower. The stop loss will be at 50%. The potential profit would be around 100%.
I am not suggesting selling shares of the "Big Seven," although I remain skeptical of Tesla,
We need to talk about the Tesla Semi truck because Top Gear has given a great analysis of it, and we'll review some of the information in it to see what that might mean for Tesla's stock.
Just to remind you, the Tesla Semi truck was unveiled in late 2017. That was around the same time I got my black Model X. I loved it. My father still drives that black car of mine; it's fantastic.
But the truck was supposed to be released within a year and a half, sometime in 2019. What we really saw was one delay after another, due to supply chains, the efficiency of these vehicles, and the Covid pandemic.
So, a trial fleet was not actually delivered until 2022. That was in December 2022. That is, we are talking about 4 years ago when we got our first trial fleets. Those fleets were mostly destined for PepsiCo in Florida.
They just opened the high-density production line for these trucks on April 29, 2026. So, from concept stage to mass production line, it took 9 years.
which I didn't even mention yet, the Tesla Semi, but there are some videos that have dropped regarding the Tesla Semi, maybe I'll make a separate video on it, but they're very good.
I don't know yet that the five-year payback period is going to be desirable enough to get sort of mass adoption orders for the Tesla Semi. But what it does is these these Tesla drops that we're getting on the Tesla Semi that you know now we're actually getting to production, they are going to lead people to start underwriting Tesla uh as having the semi as an upshot, which I don't think is priced into the stock at this moment.
I do think there's a lot of hope regarding Optimus priced in, but not so much on semis.
Elsewhere, Tesla, ticker TSLA, is gearing up for the debut of the Roadster highperformance vehicle that comes on October 1st, which Musk has said would have guaranteed excitement.
Look out. Tesla also began taking reservations for the Roadster again ahead of the launch, charging prospective buyers 50 grand to make their reservation.
And then Tesla here. Tesla again, can we get another surge up to this level here? This descending trend line should be very interesting. I think it's going to go there. Um, again, we've kind of filled the gap here.
We've kind of chopped. Now you look for that next leg up here on Tesla to just above 400. At that point, we'll see where the resistance is or if it rejects price.
We'll talk about what happens to SpaceX and Tesla when the merger happens and look at the odds of that.
in the event of a Tesla SpaceX merger, what happens to my Tesla SL positions, my leaps?
so you can continue trading Tesla but if there is a stock deal your LEAP or synthetic longs get adjusted just like they would so if the ratio is say 2:1 you get a certain ratio onto your LEAP so your LEAP doesn't change but the actual intrinsic value of the new company X does change so you don't you lose value
Tesla doesn't really know what they're doing. Oh, they're going to do this better than Elon. there's this thing where these uh people rise to some fame by talking about Tesla or maybe talking about SpaceX, but usually it's about Tesla.
the one humanoid robot robotics company they don't invest in is Tesla. So they're investing in these other humanoid robotics companies. Maybe it's golly with a terra. Golly never really went too far in my opinion away from Tesla.
But um they'll get a sponsorship from somebody that's competing with Tesla. They'll get, you know, something happens and then they start crapping on Elon and you have it here.
And I think this is one of the things that Rivian and Tesla have done extremely well. Tesla started at the high end of the market, as the most luxurious and fabulous thing you could buy, and it was expensive.
Charles, it seems to me that Tesla's growth has stalled a bit in the US and Europe. And all over the world.
When will unsupervised FSD and robotaxis become truly large fleets ? What is a realistic timeframe for this? My strong prediction is that Tesla Cybercab will be widely available in most major cities in the United States within 2 to 3 years from now.
That does n't mean it ca n't happen sooner, but I would be surprised if it took longer. Again, two to three years from now, Tesla Cybercabs will be available in all major cities in the United States, at least in most of the top 100 cities by population, enough to provide a viable service in every city.
Turning to Tesla, the week began at 361, and Tesla shares rose by about 1% this week to reach 364. This comes as the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the government agency that oversees traffic safety, conducts an audit.
They want Tesla to provide answers about the "Cyber Cab". Given that a company like Amazon has obtained permits to launch Zoox taxis that have no brakes or accelerator pedal, I think Tesla may have been a little lax when it came to unveiling the Cyber Cab.
However, I suppose Tesla can somehow overcome this obstacle. They have until September 30, about two weeks or so, to respond to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration regarding the design of the "Cyber Cab".
My guess is that they will probably point out the fact that these vehicles are already in operation and , fortunately, no serious accidents have occurred so far .
Tesla has been building this nice 3-month little thing, 2 months I guess, off of that earnings gap down and it's now filled the gap from that. And it's still above the the 50-day moving average this week and it's heading to try to go above that 200-day moving average.
We'll see if it has any strength to get there. Right now is not the time to be looking to buy Tesla, although you should keep it on your radar.
Perhaps your best long-term opportunity at this stage remains "Tesla". It is the only stock among the Big Seven that will achieve negative earnings growth for 2026, but analysts' long-term forecasts still set the growth rate at around 45%.
I didn't touch Tesla. It just says overnight.
