“What Gives AMZN "Most Interesting" Stock Set Up of Mag 7 Since All-Time High Plunge”
$AMZNBullish
AMZN trades at a good valuation and ranks as the largest or second largest constituent of the Russell 1000 value index, though capital spending concerns remain.

We have a decline in Amazon and Meta shares, while Apple and Microsoft shares are rising . So, the picture is divided this morning across the " Great Seven" group.

So, let's delve into the details of Amazon's situation. However, when looking at the performance list, it can be said that Amazon is in the middle in terms of performance. Clearly, the fundamentals are very strong.

Could you please explain your point of view regarding the price movement?

Amazon is attractive due to its combination of high-volume retail and profitable AI cloud services.

Next comes Amazon. It runs an online store, and I'm really optimistic about other companies renting their computing power. This is the largest online store in human history, that's clear.

Amazon is doing an incredible amount of business. However, it's actually a combination of two businesses, right? This is what I like the most because they are now working on AI and companies are renting their computing power, which is a very profitable business.

AMZN trading behavior is poor and heavy; speaker avoids focusing on it until technicals improve.

Someone wants to know your thoughts on Amazon and how choppy it's been. so Amazon, I think Amazon trades like crap. Like what the hell?

You know what? If there's a reason for Amazon to play some catch-up, it's here and right now. If it can just get through that 21day, 50, 100 day area, we can break out. So, we started buying 249, right?

Then we got then 255 was where that area was to add some alpha to the trade. We did calls. It got to 259, 260. And I said, "Guys, we just made 10 points." And you know what? It felt like the hardest 10 points ever.

We got out of all our coals. We sold a lot of stock and now I'm still holding some going, I wish I sold all of it.

“Why I Doubled Down on Amazon Stock”
$AMZNBullish
AMZN is an attractive long-term investment; current discount due to high AI capex is overpriced by market fears, as AWS shift improves ROIC and margins.

I've been talking all year about wanting to increase my stake in Amazon shares, and I've been able to do so at an attractive price . I have doubled my stake in Amazon stock. It now constitutes about 6% of my total investment portfolio, which is what I was aiming for.

Remember when I gave you my last wallet update, Amazon was making up about 3% of it, and I said then that I wanted it to get closer to 6 to 8%. Since I doubled my stake, it now represents about 6% of my portfolio.

Amazon's low valuation (EV/EBIT 22) makes it a potential short-term buying opportunity.

Even Amazon's stock, for example, has declined over the past two months , yet many are currently investing heavily in the sector.

We are seeing some kind of impact on platforms like Amazon, for example, because Amazon has banned Muse from shopping, I believe, on its site.

Amazon, however, is not actually involved in this area, and it appears to have blocked the Muse app from accessing it. Amazon shares are currently trading at an enterprise value to earnings before interest and taxes (EV/EBIT) ratio of 22, their lowest in 25 years.

Amazon is a core holding due to its scale creating strong, hard-to-penetrate competitive moats.

Growth may then slow down at a time when technology giants such as Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, Oracle, and SpaceX are investing enormous sums in artificial intelligence infrastructure.

if you look at my most important investment assets, you'll find that they usually tend to be Microsoft, Google, and Amazon. These are the giants in whom I already put most of my money .

The reason is that I feel the bigger they get , the more impregnable and difficult their competitive trenches become to penetrate.

Agentic commerce threatens Amazon's e-commerce position by bypassing the ad-driven model that currently generates over 100% of its retail operating profit.

Amazon is facing the biggest threat in 30 years to the company's dominant position in e-commerce. Company won in e-commerce by being the aggregator of demand. It wasn't the lowest cost place to shop, but it was a place that all customers went and so suppliers had to follow.

The simple way to think about this is Amazon was the app we chose to shop on over and over again. Hundreds of millions of customers getting locked in by their Prime accounts.

AMZN is languishing below its 50-day moving average and facing pricing pressure; technicals are weak.

Amazon on the other hand just continues to languish, and now it's kind of hovering below its 50-day moving average. Uh I always say not a lot of good things happen below the 50.

Uh maybe it can kind of show us that it wants to be above here, but I think there's some pricing pressure that Amazon's going to be feeling like I just mentioned.

Amazon is currently a difficult trade but retains potential upside if it breaks out of its recent downtrend.

Damn it. I thought maybe you'd have an opportunity. Maybe have an opportunity in Amazon. You know, Amazon put a low in at 244. Hanging out here a little bit. It's got a descending channel here.

Perhaps Amazon wants to wake up. Wake up Amazon. And uh if it does, it could be a good trade. I'm long Amazon from yesterday. It's been a tough trade, but you know, we'll see if it can get better.

But um that's why sometimes you need to be in verse an area and you just can't play it for momentum. If you've been waiting for it to clear, you know, this area um it's overnight happening and you're probably like, "Damn it, I missed it."

And you're punching the wall. Don't punch the wall. Um anyway, so I think Amazon could be viable even though it's been a pain in the ass. And it has been a pain in the ass and I'm allowed to curse.

This was a day, this was a big pain in the ass day. This was a pain in the ass, too. Made a lower low. Maybe Amazon stops being a pain in the ass.

“Why Option Markets Misprice Securities (And How to Capitalize)”
$AMZNBullish
AMZN is an attractive long-term investment due to strong fundamentals (AWS, ads, logistics) and high-return AI capex, outweighing current free cash flow weakness.

I mean, even Amazon, when Amazon's stock dropped to 200, that was a great opportunity. We view Amazon as a good business as far as it can be in terms of the future and the assets they have, if you think about it.

You naturally have retail operations , but AWS is the crown jewel. You have an advertising business that is larger than YouTube and growing rapidly, and it is ideally positioned thanks to its current location.

You now have them entering the third-party logistics field , competing with UPS and FedEx, and there are many different ways for them to win, if you look at the rating . Yes, free cash flow is under severe pressure.

So, in terms of the price-to-free cash flow ratio, it would look terrible. But this is money from which they will make a great return, according to our estimates. I mean, if I were the CEO of Amazon, I would want to invest a lot in this because the reality is that artificial intelligence is very good.

It is that strong . I was skeptical, but the more I delved into it and saw what you could do with it, the more I realized it really was . I mean, there are very high limits to what they will be able to sell in terms of computing power and things like that . So, I thought that was attractive.

No reason to buy AMZN; technicals are bearish despite potential for a bounce.

I'll tell you what's been really hard with bad Amazon's been horrendous. Amazon I think every trade in the world is starting to really hate Amazon. Why? Because it's been predatory.

You know, from down here at 226, it gave you a a post earnings move and a fierce move all the way to 287. Amazon's back. Looked like it was going to hold here and then failed. That was first clue to get the hell out of the way.

Then if you were long worst to gap pivot, you had to get out of the way. Then you had this day one that looked great and all of a sudden yesterday made a new lower low.

AMZN trend broken; expect bounce from ~$239 support toward ~$258 resistance.

Next up into the chart of Amazon, guys. Now, first off with Amazon, I want to go over this with you with a uh overview of our inclining parallel channel. Guys, if you ever get the opportunity to isolate these on your charts, I highly recommend you do it.

They give you so much information where price can break down from current trend, where we can move up to the next level, get more bullish, and then obviously a cap to that bullishness, right?

So looking at this inclining parallel all the way back here since 2023 on the charts zooming into the 50% area you can get a lot more information here too. You can see initially we came down much like the gold chart and the silver chart.

We didn't confirm a break elevated right back up but then we couldn't extend far enough guys right if we extended far enough away then the next attempt could be support level. We didn't accomplish that. instead broke through, put in another retrace after confirming a breakdown and then boom, we've got rejected.

Nice push down further on the charts as you see Amazon coming down closing near the lows of the day. So that brings up an important level of potential support on the horizon for AMZN derived from this inclining trend line from March 27th of this year connected over to the pivot low in July of this year.

That value comes in roughly right around $239. Right on top of this uh high-end wick on July 30th. We should see near-term bounce. One that could propel Amazon right back up to the 50% area. This parallel at $25822.

AMZN is a leader in e-commerce and cloud; despite competition, strong AI/compute demand and historical execution support buying dips for long-term upside.

Yeah, the competitive landscape for Amazon it's getting tougher, you know, on the the AWS side especially, the cloud computing side. There's only so much that Amazon can supply.

It's pretty near its supply constraints right now.

We've seen a really strong uptick in developer uptake of using Microsoft's cloud platforms versus Amazon's and Google.

Amazon pulling here. Trey, you mentioned that. I Izzy was here earlier I think. I haven't heard from him yet. Uh, this is interesting though because Amazon was a good buy the last time it moved under 250. That might be on deck here.

So, Amazon moving lower here. Let's see if it dips beneath 250. Izzy, if you're out there, what's the buy spot if this does in fact snap that?

Hold AMZN long-term; no intention to sell due to belief in the company.

That's my Nvidias, my Microsofts, my AMDs, my Teslas, my Amazons, all that stuff. I don't plan to sell those shares. I believe in those companies for a very, very long time.

that is why we take profits on these kind of high risk, high beta names and then we move that money and those profits back over to our long-term holds like we mentioned the Amazons and now the Nvidias and the Teslas of the world.

Bought some AMZN; may add if it holds current levels despite being stuck in a descending channel.

Amazon, someone's like, "Hey, Red Dog, do you think this is going to do what Google did?" Um, all I know is, uh, you have 249 to play against. I bought a little bit yesterday. Um, it's still stuck in this descending channel here.

It's doing a whole lot of nothing. Um, it's uh down a$11. I'll probably buy a little bit more. You have to give it some room and try it a few times. You have to try these things a few times until they work.

It depends on your trade. If you were long at verse 262, you had to get out here. If you were long verse the 50-day 255, you had to get out when it broke it. So now this is the new frame trade. if you want to do it or you say, "Hey, I'm in Amazon for the next few years."

But anyway, so I bought Amazon yesterday. I might add to it as long as it holds here and if it happens to break this descending trend line, you know, this is where it was uh post earnings.

So since then, you had two-day move and then grind. That's tough. That's not easy.

AMZN is a strong long-term hold due to accelerating AWS growth; no intent to sell.

Okay. From there, we're talking Amazon. Amazon, great company. AWS growth is accelerating. It's it's a cleaner story than Meta. And the reason it's a cleaner story from Meta is the AWS growth is accelerating rapidly.

And that gives the spend a lot more leeway than with Meta essentially. Okay? You know, Meta is in a situation where they're spending so much money and people like, "Dude, what are you spending all this freaking money on meta?"

Amazon at least people are seeing the some return on investment. They're seeing those AWS numbers accelerate much more quickly than anybody anticipated. like, "Okay, we're getting somewhere here."

Uh, Amazon's just a great long-term hold. I feel comfortable with the position. So, I'm just not interested at all in selling stocks like Met selling Amazon. I'm um those are type of stocks you you buy them, you throw them in the filing cabinet, and you know, the short term is going to be the short term.

At the end of the day, Meta is going to be a massively larger company 5 years from now than it is today in my opinion. Same thing with Amazon. And so, there's just I have no interest in selling those position.

They were way oversized maybe, but they're just not. I feel comfortable with the sizing of those two positions given how strong those business models are.

AMZN is viewed as a 'do not touch' stock that needs to prove itself; potential for improvement exists only if it holds the 253 level.

But hey, you know, look at Amazon. Amazon woke up a little bit. It did. Okay. Um, you can now say, you know, this is your point of reference if you're an active trader at 249. 249.

Sometimes you got to let go what happened and and and start fresh. So, if you know after earnings, if you were long verse 262 and got stopped out, okay, if you bought here and got stopped out, okay, hey, maybe maybe this time is different.

Maybe because now they have to they're slowing down their spend and they don't have to um you know go so fast. Um I would think if this wants to be better, I'm not saying it will be, but it might.

It wants to probably hold 253. So if you think this is going to get a um blows, which I kind of think it's going to happen to like your Amazons and your um your uh you know your Googles and some of these well this morning they'll go from red to green. this morning there'll be an opportunity right so what's Amazon doing this morning Apple's down 77 cents Amazon is down 260 if Amazon wants to be different not saying it will be but if it wants to be different I almost bo you know people like red look at Amazon it's looking better I'm not buying the close there's no way anyway if if it could hold 253 and absorb this weakness hey maybe it's setting up a nice area to to do better we all could do better Maybe Amazon will do better, but at least you have 253 or 249.

I would say give it to 249. Buy a little bit and then this way it takes some pressure off that if all of a sudden it's on your do not touch list. It's on a lot of active traders do not touch list.

I get it. Um well, maybe it it'll pay you back. Um so anyway, this is 257. Um it's it's getting a little tighter in here. It's trying to be better.
