“The Big 3: MCD, COF, PG”
$PGBullish
PG is a defensive holding due to non-discretionary product demand.

Our latest moves haven't changed with Procter & Gamble, and I'm curious. We have seen many people include basic consumer goods in the "Big Three" because when things start to get risky in the markets, we see this shift back towards what seems safe.

Do you consider Procter & Gamble a safe bet for you now, Jason?

“5 Stocks Billionaire Steve Cohen is BUYING Right Now! 🚨”
$PGBearish
Speaker does not own PG due to low single-digit growth limits from large market cap and sub-3% dividend yield.

Now, finally, in the fifth acquisition, we have another type of flagship investment, but this time it will be back in the consumer staples sector with this giant company, Procter & Gamble, ticker symbol PG, in which Cohen doubled his stake during the quarter, adding about $320 million worth of shares.

“Dave Sekera on Tentative Fed Rate Hike, Sticking with AI Leaders & SPCX Contrarian Take”
$PGBullish
P&G valuation has become attractive; suitable for building a core position due to durable moat and dividend yield.

But, we are starting to see some more other opportunities pop up, stocks like P&G. P&G was a stock that we thought was significantly overvalued a couple of years ago. It peaked in 2024.

It's been coming down. It's now to the point where it's actually now starting to look attractive again. So, that's one of those core stock type of holdings, wide economic moat, low uncertainty, you know, companies that have long-term durable competitive advantages.

We can now start building a position into something like that, where you're also getting a nice dividend yield, getting paid to wait. And again, if the market does continue to keep selling off, if that one, you know, one, I think it holds up better to the downside, but two, if that were to sell off with the rest of the market, that'd be a great one to dollar cost average into.

“Creating a Forever Portfolio: 5 Stocks to Buy and Never Sell”
$PGBullish
PG has superior management and durable moats; current price is below fair value, supporting a long-term hold thesis.

The next stock I'm going to highlight as one you can buy and hold forever is Procter & Gamble. This is a basic consumer goods company that sells products, branded products, to consumers primarily for their home use.

They have a decades-long history of doing so. They have a portfolio of brands that they currently sell to consumers, and in my opinion, this is one of the best-managed companies in the world .
