Right now we are seeing a phenomenal rally in stocks like Dell and have seen a phenomenal rally in stocks like Dell and and AMD which is great but valuation wise a lot of other stocks have been left behind.
AMD has skyrocketed off of the 584 line. Uh we called this as a bullish potential catalyst right here at the 452 line. Not only on this channel, but also in our course member live streams.
It's been straight up off that epic line. But this explosion off of the legendary line here at 520 has been phenomenal.
Uh AMD getting mentioned by Marie. Uh AMD straight up. This gapped up and straight up out of the gate. Oh, AMD up 6% now. New alltime highs. Going to trim some more at 700. There you go. Good stuff there on AMD.
So, we got our 600 print in AMD. So, that's a thing now for all time. Uh, this, you know, as much as I love this move up here, it's this still needs to uh come back in. We're at a 71 uh plus RSI.
Um, it could extend further, but, you know, it's not not a buy up here in my opinion. I I I would wait for this to come back in. This is where I'd be selling usually, but I have plans for this already. So 700 is where I'm trimming next.
This leads me to AMD, Advanced Micro Devices. AMD has a unique position where it dominates the central processing unit (CPU) market, but the advantage here is not in outperforming Nvidia, but in narrowing the gap with it.
Doing so could lead to huge gains for investors.
If you recall, at the beginning of this month I posted a video titled "I'm investing $40,000 in this single stock." Well, that one stock was AMD. In that video, I shared with you an options trade I was entering, which was selling a put option for October 16 at a price of $370, which generated $350 for me per contract.
Today, you can repurchase that option for $60, which means that if you had decided to follow me and close the options trade, you would have made a profit of $290 per contract or an 83% profit margin on the trade.
However, the second stock is AMD. Currently, the stock is priced at $560 with a market capitalization that has not even reached one trillion dollars . I believe it will become a trillion-dollar company, and we are only a hundred billion dollars away from that. There are more opportunities available there.
First, AMD. I really like AMD stock at this moment. I am a big fan of AMD's stock here , and let me explain why.
Let's take a look at AMD's stock here. The trend, well, is moving upwards. The average is 10 above 20, and the price is above 50. We can see that here. The average is 10 above 20, and the price is above 50.
AMD, kind of a blast from the past, had to hit hit this beautiful all-time high after this big run up back in here. 584 went all the way down to 424, not the worst decline in the world.
Uh and then it came back up over its 50-day moving average this week. So that one to me looks fairly healthy and I think it wants to charge and try to make a new high around that 584. We'll see.
AMD, here we go again . Look at this movement in AMD stock today in the public account . wow. Now, $1.1 million in profits. $1.1 million in profits in the general account only from my position in AMD stock.
Here we are again . The stock has started to take off, hasn't it?
That's what AMD stock always does. It remains dormant for a while, then suddenly begins to achieve a crazy rise. And we have started it again at this moment.
Again, a killer play doing lots of very exciting stuff in the AI world. AMD, and I talked about this Range Rider box for weeks now. It's still in it, and it falls down. It did reach it here back in July, but for now, what do we have?
May, June, July, August, September. Nearly five months in this box. It's just not going anywhere, but it's staying in the middle. And this is a very, very powerful company. Tons of demand for their custom chips and TPUs from places like Google.
Um, you want you said AMD. So, so Joe, who's been around for a long time, says AMD looks better than than Nvidia. It has acted better. You know, look at that. It kind of came back, retested the gap area, filled it a little bit, and now it's trying to build a bit of a bull flag here.
Yeah, this this this is acting better. This gap is gone. You could be long AMD verse here.
The second stock I want to take a closer look at is AMD.
A second company that I believe can benefit from this is AMD, right? AMD and meta two have a very very strong partnership. Uh back in February, and they kind of extended a little bit more in July.
AMD is using it Meta's going to be using AMD to design special MI450 chips. It's going to use them for a lot of CPU solutions. It's going to use them for a lot of full stack server solution as well.
All right, the second company is one that you wanted to talk about. That is AMD. You look at AMD, it is a direct competitor here, and it only has 41 billion in trailing 12-month revenue.
So, any market share that it could take from Nvidia would be hugely consequential to the growth of this business.
Because you're looking at the biggest stock in the public account, AMD, [clears throat] not doing so well, right? Well, we got so many stocks picking up the slack on a day like today when AMD is really weak.
Right. So, we have a lot of stocks really picking up the slack on a day that AMD is down and then it seems like on days when AMD is doing well. Uh, it's just like, you know, the other it just way outweighs everything else.
One of the places that it seems like you may see opportunity is AMD. That one's getting hit in the pre-market. It's down right now about 5%. So, it's kind of getting swept up in in this pressure that we're seeing um on the chips.
Um do you think it's still best positioned to handle or to excel in this AI buildout?
I was wrong on Netflix, but I was right on Nvidia, AMD, Microsoft, Meta, Shopify, Palunteer twice, Google, Robin Hood, Take Two on one of the positions I didn't do well on.
Let's go over AMD as well as Palunteer because these were two of my um interesting and more successful plays.
So compare that to AMD at 117. Totally different businesses, but you know 26 seems a lot better. AMD at 117, we'll talk about why it's that high later on when I cover AMD.
So, the next stock is AMD's with a PE ratio of 117. Now, guys, 117 is crazy and people are saying AMD is overpriced. I strongly disagree. I think in 2026 AMD can be $500 to $600 per share.
I think it's actually really cheap. I think it's undervalued. Uh in my opinion, currently it's undervalued by 15 to 20% in the shorter term. So I wouldn't be surprised to see AMD at around $550 per share in October, November, or December of 2026.
Hey, maybe even happens later on in um this month of September.
Now, I will say um the the ones in our triple digits are AMD, Cisco, Google, Nvidia, and Tesla. What do you think about AMD? Do you think that we should be cashing in some profits on AMD?
I am kind of thinking about it. I got to be honest with you guys. I'm thinking about it.
AMD up 13% this week, if you can believe that. Now, the buy signal on AMD actually came on Thursday, September 10th. So, in the midst of this up move right here, AMD has locked in that fresh buy signal.
But, we got some overhead resistance to talk about, right? We have some actually pretty enormous uh overhead order blocks right here. Now, what do these order blocks represent?
They represent areas of trapped buyers and trapped sellers, and they are going to sell out as fast as they possibly can onto you.
AMD also up near the highs. Bot took AMD as well right now. AMD, I like the way this daily chart's looking. It's a nice uh nice few days uh being spent above the 50-day SMA that uh sets us up nicely for a move up to 550 where I would expect some resistance. But but if we get through it, oh boy.
Bot closed the trade on AMD. That's a winner. So, we actually started in the green here today.
So like we have we're overweight AMD. Well, the VSS on that stock are like close to 90%. We have a valuation on AMD. We're bullish on it. It's about 650, but you can write 700 calls of very low deltas, so very low probability of them being exercised, but let's say that AMD reports and takes off like a rocket.
Well, we're prepared to sell it there. We have a huge gain in it. It's close to our target, so it might run over a target, but it's it's arguably overvalued there. And then we just deliver the stock into the call and book a huge gain on the stock.
All right. And I see here also uh that you're looking at AMD right now. And I read an interesting note from Piper Sandler this morning that they think AMD is about to enter its biggest growth phase yet, which would be incredible based on the growth that we've seen uh coming out of this name.
I mean, just looking at its price action year to date, we're up 137%. Last 52 weeks, we're up 219%. So, how are you looking at AMD right now?
