Prefer short-duration bonds like SHY over long-duration ones for bond exposure.
If you want to play anything in the bond market, I would suggest uh looking more at the shorter end meaning shy and bill which is three 1 to 3 months and 1 to three years and be very careful on the longer end of the curve because I think that that's where the risks are
