So, I will use Netflix. I chose Netflix because it's my favorite, I'll go into more detail about Netflix towards the end of today's presentation, but for now I'll show you this example to illustrate what a spread is.

The stock is now approaching $71. You want to see that from a technical perspective as well , as we may be recording a new low.

It's not a price you could really give me on Netflix. I mean, if it was 200, okay, you can have my Netflix shares, but there's nothing even remotely close to where we're at right now that would make me say I got to start selling my Netflix shares.

You know, uh, like I said, 200, okay, take my Netflix shares off my hands right now. But anywhere around here, 80, 100, 120, no, thank you. If anything, I'll keep buying.

We'll take a look at Netflix in the meantime. Uh, here's what Netflix's chart looks like. Netflix up 1.36%. Now, Izzy was saying this is on an upgrade here.

Looking at the chart here, stock is 78 bucks. We're basically going to test the 100 day here today. The 100 day is sitting almost right on top of the 20-day. So, I think both of these are going to be on deck here for a test.

We'll see if we move through that. Otherwise, though, really want to hold the 50.

Netflix is really, really hard hit, 35% below.

Now the next stock is Netflix. Netflix has been an absolute very very difficult stock to be an investor in. The PE ratio is still 26. So if you think about it, the PE ratio is not super low, okay?

But Netflix has very consistent cash flow. The only issue is and the reason why the stock is down is because they're not getting as much user growth, including internationally, which is a huge problem.

Investors see that as a massive problem because essentially the growth is not as growthy anymore.

Moving on to Netflix started the week at 76. Momentum still a little bit in Netflix shares. Shares were up almost 2% the finished week over $77 per share.

The company aired a Thursday night football game last night. I believe it was on Netflix. I was looking around for the game. I couldn't find it. But many believe that the NFL's next media right deal would look a lot different.

I agree. Set to end in 29 2030. Although they tend to negotiate these things maybe a year or two prior to that. You're going to have all the big tech companies including Google, maybe even Apple, obviously Amazon, Netflix trying to vive for that.

But the NFL likes to spread these out among many networks including the more traditional ones.

You know, Netflix has been one of those names that it just hasn't been the king of streaming in terms of how shares have been viewed now as they were in the past. Yeah, I think that this is one that we've been tracking for a little while now where we've seen consumer demand growth just kind of slow down a bit and this tracks in revenue as well.

Flowjunkie wanted to take a look at Netflix. So, here's here's Netflix. Um, this Yeah, this has recently kind of made a move coming back in here. Let's see if it holds the 50. Ultimately, the big thing here, we still have a head and shoulders that has not fully played out and we're actually still beneath this downtrend line that originates back in July of 2025.

So, to me, this is still kind of trending lower.

The next stock I will highlight as a candidate to buy and hold forever is Netflix, the leader in live streaming. Netflix has spent more than a decade learning how to create content that consumers love to watch and to do so in a cost-effective way.

Of course, any studio can produce great content and spend hundreds of millions of dollars to make a movie that everyone loves, but can you make money while continuing to produce that movie with a budget of hundreds of millions? This is the difficult part.

Netflix is actually one of my favorite stocks to buy right now. I ranked it among the top ten. I own Netflix shares in my portfolio as one of my largest investment positions.

I have estimated the fair value of Netflix shares at $127. The current market price is $81. I expect Netflix stock to rise by 57% over the next 12 to 18 months.
