META

Another stock looking to rise, folks, and try to reach its all- time highs is Meta. Look at this rise in Meta stock after a strong breakout, then a correction, then a bounce. This is a tremendous height, similar to a SpaceX rocket launch from Florida.

We see a huge leap on the graph. Note that I will switch to the weekly timeframe so that you can see this parallel channel more clearly. We have highlighted this channel and captured most of the price movement since December 2023.

The price deviated from the bottom, but it resisted and came back strongly to rise. We are now very close to its all- time high, having reached a high of 796.25.

Meta's Muse was really the story of the day. rallying tech, helping tech to push up higher.

And potentially one coming from Meta. And that is where we kick things off. Meta platform start the week at 551. Shares were up nearly 4.9% official week at 578.

Now before we get to AI, Meta obviously as you know had a big moment in the courtroom. one that was expected to last six weeks that came to a screeching halt as both sides, the attorney generals from across the country and Meta decided in a courtroom to settle.

Still holding up on stocks like uh Meta and Netflix up a couple percent. Meta really getting still left behind on this sort of legendary support line right here in this longer term convergence really indicating that you know there might be a potential to actually buy more meta at these levels because you really do sit on and close to a legendary support line. you are on a technical basis converging not straight down but rather horizontally suggesting that unless there you know the entire economy falls off a cliff it suggests there's some serious upside potential here on meta especially with the dalahalas they've got uh very interesting

The biggest, you know, the the most valuable resource out there, uh, maybe someday more than oil. I mean, I have called, you know, compute, power, and and AI the new, you know, the new oil basically.

But there is just this insatiable demand. No one can buy enough hardware to support the load. Um, you know, we're going to talk about Meta here in a minute. Um, I love their Muse AI, especially for people that are new to agents, but they're all I mean, here's Facebook.

I mean, Facebook probably has more data centers than anybody, and they're all a week in they're struggling with capacity issues. People are getting timeouts. I mean, so many people want to use this technology, and not even the biggest of the big, Facebook, has enough compute to feed that.

Now, that being said, still love Meta. We'll come back to that. But I mean, you look at that chart. I mean, it's just beautiful the reaction to the news.

Meanwhile, Meta's stock itself rose 30% in September alone, and is on track for its best month since July 2013. Those of you listening now, remember that we talked about the lawsuit against Meta.

Muse, the Muse app from Meta, may be the first consumer catalyst for what I believe is a truly enjoyable deduction cycle.

She is in a very positive position because of the viral spread that is occurring with "Muse". She is living through a moment that is very similar to the moment when "ChatGPT " emerged.
