“5 Dividend Stocks at 52 Week Lows. Here's My Take.”
$VICIBullish
VICI's high dividend yield (7.76%) and low payout ratio (74.3%) make its valuation attractive, potentially offering significant upside if it reverts to historical norms.

Since going public, it has been popular with investors looking for dividend growth and is currently trading at a 52- week low. Well, I'm deciding to put 'VC Properties' on the list today.

This is quite interesting. They own the real estate of many casinos in Las Vegas. They are much more concentrated than companies like O. The stock has fallen 20% in the last 5 years and 25% in the last year, and it just hit a new 52-week low.

“5 Dividend Stocks at a 52 Week Low!”
$VICIBullish
VICI's recent decline is exaggerated; the stock offers value and yield potential given projected dividend growth.

And finally, we come to Vichy stock down 24% in the last year and in the last 5 years down 16.3%. Now, this is a stock I've covered very frequently over the last few weeks, but I actually do think the sell-off has been overstated, so a little bit of a spoiler alert, but at current prices, the yield is now pushing over 7.4%.

So, basically the highest yield that we've looked at today, trading at a 52-week low.

“4 NEW Dividend Increases You Need to Know About!”
$VICIBullish
VICI's sell-off is overstated; current valuation offers 11-20% upside despite potential slower dividend growth.

Now, we come to the dividend hike that shocked a lot of people. We have Vichy Properties with a dividend increase of 2.2%. Why is this such an interesting dividend increase? Well, it's below what management had been previously guiding towards.

Now, what's interesting about this is the dividend is very well covered. It's right at management's target payout ratio. So, we do need to ask the question, why was this dividend hike lower than we expected? It's a very important question that we address.

“Every Stock I'm Buying in September 2026 (Huge Opportunities)”
$VICIBullish
VICI is the best REIT currently; strong fundamentals and yield justify buying more despite recent price suppression.

Now, by far the most votes did go to Vichy. That's probably because it's yielding above 7%. Although, I do also talk about Vichy a lot on my channel. So, I'm assuming, you know, a lot of my viewers might also like Vichy themselves.

They might also be invested in Vichy themselves and they might see a lot of value in it. I certainly do. I think Vichi is one of the best RE stocks. In my opinion, Vichi is the best REIT right now in the market in terms of the value, in terms of the dividend, in terms of the business.

It's an incredible business. I can't believe how low the price is.
