ABNB's classification as an automation loser is incorrect; it is an admired name and a good buy.

So, Jonathan, for people like you, when you see this and look at Expedia and Booking, which we'll be talking about, you must be excited because you know historically what happens to some of these businesses that you've followed for a long time when automation competition emerges, because you've seen this before.

Okay. I mean, Booking and Airbnb, why they were in that basket and how Goldman comes up with those baskets, I have no idea. That's absolutely ridiculous. I think this will turn out to be a great buying opportunity. I don't know why some of those banks are there.

ABNB receives a positive assessment from Citizens due to strategic expansions in hotel inventory, payment options, and fee transparency, leading to a price target increase.

Yes, it was. I mean, if you look at their recommendation, this one is from " Citizens". They have upgraded their rating, and by the way, the " outperforming in the market" rating has been maintained.

They increased the target price from $190 to $200.

ABNB's housing fund is a reputational/political hedge with minimal profit impact, but mitigates regulatory risk to the stock.

Airbnb's $250 million initiative to help make housing affordable for ordinary Americans.

For years, we all know that Airbnb has been the villain in America's housing affordability story, blamed by city councils, state legislators, and virtually every local news report on rents, for acquiring homes that could have housed permanent residents.
