What Pro does not change

Pro unlocks no extra content — the published record is identical for everyone. What you pay for is delivery.

Following, paying, and agreeing to email are three separate actions

  1. Following is free

    A free account can follow tickers. Following never requires a payment.

  2. Paying does not turn on email

    After you buy Pro, email delivery is still off. Buying is not consent to be emailed.

  3. Email needs your explicit opt-in

    You switch the weekly email on in account settings, and you can switch it off at any time. Switching email off removes none of your follows.

Frequently asked questions

Is any content behind a paywall?

No. Published changes, their English source Receipts and the weekly Filtering Ledger read the same whether you are signed out, on a free account, or on Pro. Pro changes how changes reach you, not what is published.

Will buying Pro start sending me email?

No. Your weekly email stays off after purchase. You have to switch it on yourself in account settings; until you do, we send you no research email.

How many tickers can I follow?

Up to 20 on a free account, and up to 100 on Pro. Following itself is free on both plans; Pro raises how many tickers you can follow at once.

Does unsubscribing from email remove my follows?

No. Unsubscribing only turns the weekly email off. Your follows and their unread changes stay exactly as they were.

How do I cancel?

Cancel from account settings. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for; after that the account returns to free and keeps its follows.

Do you issue refunds?

No. Payments are final. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the paid period ends.

Is this investment advice?

No. We record what changed in public English-language research and attach the verbatim source so you can check it yourself. We publish no buy or sell recommendation, no return forecast, and we never read a number of voices as a probability that they are right.
