SanDisk is known for being a leading global provider of flash memory and data storage solutions. Following its separation from Western Digital in February 2025, SanDisk became an independent company specializing exclusively in flash storage.

Its products include enterprise solid-state drives , embedded storage, consumer flash products, memory cards, and NAND flash components. The company’s most important growth opportunity today increasingly lies in AI-powered data center storage .

Yes, the memory business is still profitable. If you recall, we were on your show about a year ago and we were saying that a lot of money is flowing into all these memory company names, including Micron and SanDisk.

Cash flows remain stable in these companies. If you look at the picture of projected earnings for next year and the coming years, they continue to rise; Even before this video, I had to adjust some of our charts because analysts keep raising their earnings forecasts.

Therefore, we still view the memory sector positively.

I want to talk about some memory and data storage stocks like SanDisk, Micron, and the like.

Speaking of hacks, look here at "Sandis". We have a left shoulder, a head, and something resembling a double right shoulder . It was rejected and the inverted head and shoulders pattern initially broke out here on September 8th and 9th, but we broke out on Friday.

We didn't confirm it yesterday, but we did today, guys.

We got to talk SpaceX. We have to talk SanDisk. Uh right now I got VKTX long, GME, SanDisk, WDC, STX.

SanDisk also looks like it's about to really go crazy it's it's up almost 7% today

SanDisk is pretty. MU is pretty. Intel is pretty. AMD is really pretty but all-time high already. Uh those are those are really pretty charts I think.

Look at SanDisk on Friday up over 10%. Today it's going to try to break out above this downs sloping or desop uh descending trend line. High pivot here. It's a high pivot. Can it break?

Right now it's going to open above there. If it does, I think this could go honestly we could see this thing back to 2275 or so up in this upper range in the near term.

There are opportunities, as was the case with SanDisk yesterday in particular , whether by chasing the gap, waiting for the VWAP, or restoring here. The stock was very strong today.

It did not even fall near that volume-weighted average .

So, for SanDisk, we have a clear model here. This looks like an ascending triangle. I mean , if it had broken through here, I would have called it " The Cup and the Handle". Now, he has an ascending triangle.

I have no SanDisk. I have no SNX.

You know, SanDisk is being pressured also. You know, a lot of guys caught a really nice trade and here, you know, that was different. You were above the moving averages. You had a move and yeah, I could see why you would be along a little bit of this too.

You know, it's showing a little relative strength in in a in a vulnerable market. So now here you go. This is um what's this level here? This is uh 1509. Um what is this level here?

This is 1511. Where is Sandis this morning? SanDisk is um still, you know, it's still above that. So, not the end of the world. Hopefully, again, you're in smaller like that. What you want to do is you want to get smaller after a move here.

You're maybe in tier one here, tier 2 into resistance, which is 1827. Perhaps you took some off. So, at least you have booked some. That's why we use a tier system. That's why we have a date count rule.

Day one, day two, you're always trimming on day three. You're not starting a fresh long on day three, so that kind of helps.

We've got SanDisk and GameStop. Should we just start with those two? We'll start with SanDisk. Probably end up tying Micron into this to be completely honest. Here's SanDisk's chart.

SanDisk up 1.8%. Let's take a look at the action here. Ah, okay. So, this did move with the uh CPI print here today. And this actually looks pretty strong.

It's a SanDisk stock. When you look at this stock according to our metrics, you will find that it scores highly in all areas: value , growth, profitability, positive analyst adjustments to earnings per share, and momentum.

I want to talk about one of my favorite stocks from last year, which may well become this year's new favorite as well. I am talking about SanDisk. This is how SanDisk has been performing for a while now.

The stock briefly crossed above its 50-day moving average , then retreated again and looked like a lower peak, suggesting a downward move is coming. But that didn't actually happen.

The stock has been contained at the 20-day moving average . So the situation was getting worse little by little . And now we arrive at Monday, with heavy trading volume , and despite it remaining below the 50-day moving average , doesn't it seem to be preparing for something?

Then Wednesday came and nothing happened , but we kept waiting. We waited and waited, and here we are yesterday, and then finally the explosion happened today with a trading volume higher than average.

We're going with SanDisk. I shorted Sandis here. Look at all this bearish consolidation here that's occurring on the chart. Just jumped right in. Didn't wait for a high pivot, which I normally would do or at least wait for some sort of retrace.

Jumped right in in the money just ever so slightly. We'll see if we can't narrow this margin going on here with Len. Five bucks on sand is nothing.

You let off SanDisk, one that I own, down 140, and that's not fun. Joe, I just noticed they have a live feed on of him right there. So, it's like it's like Inception going on. Did you see it, too?

I did, yeah. But, I was also kind of gasping at the SanDisk reference cuz I think it took quite a hit recently. Oh, did it? It'd be a tough one to get into to to be holding, I guess. Yeah.

Same with Sandisk. Um but what I'd like to see is, you know, a little bit further pullback, just kind of shake the trees a little bit, perhaps down to 1450, and then get that 5-day moving average flattened out, then you could see a much bigger rally unfold in there.

Right now, we just don't we don't have any clear direction. This rally has, you know, this the pattern of higher highs and higher lows above the rising 5-day moving average has been replaced with lower highs and lower lows with what?

A flat declining 5-day moving average. So, it pays to say stay on the sidelines here for now.

Even though Sandisk has been quite cool again, the stock has crashed back down to Earth. Folks are in a panic. Let's talk about Sandisk. Here's a look at this chart from fiscal.ai on the stock price.

You can see back in July everyone was in a euphoria stage with Sandisk stock over $2,000 a share. As of this recording, stock's back down to around $1,200 per share.
