The stock I bought here today, RH. I bought RH in the public account for the first time ever. First time I bought RH in the public account, did a $50,000 one-off buy. Now, additionally, I bought another $50,000 today in a private portfolio.
So, if you add up the math on this, I bought $150,000 of RH in less than a week.

Uh this is one I look at contrarian buy. No one wants to own a stock like RH. The real estate industry has been trash for the last several years. Mortgage rates are skyhigh right now, right?
They're in the sevens. No one wants a stock like RH right now. The stock was $700 five years ago. It's 100 something today, right? So, this is one I want to really be a contrarian on and build out that position over the next several months.

New stock I bought today. Right? And I talked about a lot in that video. I mean, a lot. I talked all about a lot more subjects and a lot of great subjects that are beyond just what stock I bought on that day, right?
But, this stock just came out with earnings. And the earnings were a C grade for this company. Keep in mind, the stock price has been destroyed on this company.

Now, this particular company is headed in the right direction in regards to its cash balance. It's as of its last quarter they announced they had almost $54 million in cash on the balance sheet.
This has been something that had been worrying me about this company. The cash balance had gotten down to $30 million and I'm like, "Oof, for a company this size, not good." So, cash balance hasn't quite doubled, but it's getting close to there, right?
That's something that gives me some some interest.
