It's Micron. Listen, this one has been a huge outperformer whether we're talking about it on a year-toate or yearoveryear basis. Uh at times it can be bumpy though for Micron.

I mean if the stock does no wrong or if it does no wrong you stay long. we had that massive runup last year into this year and then we kind of had that summer low. You know, we just kind of chopped sideways undecided, but to me, I just think that that's building up pressure uh for the next breakout.

Last but not least is one that I've talked about a lot on this channel recently and that I'm invested pretty heavy and honestly, if you look at the ETFs you're invested in, most of the growth ETFs, even things like the S&P 500, total US stock market, and definitely anything that has to do with AI or memory, this one's at the top and it's still cheap based off of PEG ratio and many other metrics as well. This one's none other than Micron.

The analysts on Wall Street that are following Micron are forecasting the company's earnings per share to soar from a $1.23 in its fiscal year that ended in August of 2024, from a $1.23 all the way up to $171 in earnings per share by the fiscal year that ends in August of 2028.

That's a massive increase in earnings power in such a short amount of time, and investors are wondering if that makes Micron stock an excellent buying opportunity or where potentially Micron stock price could be by the end of 2027, which is actually the topic of this video.

Micron memory also back on fire. Now this one idea sales meter version is 2.06 standard deviations. Okay, that looks overbought, but you have to look at the macro. There is now less than 10 days of memory supply, HBM, high bandwidth memory supply on the planet, and the investors now realize that.

So, they're buying now. We got the trend up. We got a buy signal. It looks it's broken above level five. This thing medium to long-term bullish. We're going to 1500, 1600 probably by the end of the year or sometime in 2027.

Um, either way, it looks overbought per meter reversion, but I don't believe it because I think it's still very undervalued.

Also, interestingly enough, Micron um so this dipped out of the open. I haven't checked SanDisk yet, but I will. This dipped out of the open and is getting bought and moving back above its VWAP. This actually looks constructive.

Micron uh really trying to defend that that $1,000 level. We barely closed above it yesterday. Uh and now we're trying to uh hold above it this morning. So $1,000 is is a pretty uh pretty important level here for Micron.

My Micron move right now, or maybe we're just talking specifically about Micron, or if you see something else in the memory sector or DRAM that you think is slightly better. But we have just broken away from the 50 on the daily chart.

We have broken through that level of 1000. It is strange, because we opened with an upside and today we are actually seeing a pullback. But is this a false move? Is this a real breakout back to the highs? What are your thoughts on this?

Now, if you look at the valuations, the market is insanely rated when I look at the market as a whole. When you look at a company like Micron, it is currently trading at 21 times earnings.

Looking at future earnings, it is trading at a P/E ratio of only about 6 due to earnings expectations for the next quarter and early next year.

When you look at a company like Micron, it is currently trading at 21 times its earnings. When you look at future earnings, it's trading at an incredibly high price-to-earnings ratio of around six , due to earnings forecasts for the next quarter and even early next year.

This will attract buyers, and indeed, you see Micron up by $50 today in a clear upward pattern that we are seeing.

The next AI stock with significant upside potential is Micron. I calculated the fair value of this company at $1473 . The current market price is $941. Therefore, considering this difference , I calculate a potential upside of over 56% for Micron over the next 12 to 18 months.

Micron's obvious upswing factor is the capital spending boom from ultra-large- scale cloud computing companies in the United States . These are companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Alphabet , and MetaPlatforms, which together will spend more than $800 billion on capital expenditures in 2026.

That estimate will rise to $1.3 trillion in 2027. So, there has been a huge and massive increase in capital spending for several consecutive years now, and 2027 is expected to see another huge increase.

Now, if you look at valuations, well, the market's at a crazy valuation. When I look at the overall market, when you look at something like Micron, Micron's trading at 21 times

One of the stocks we were looking at was SanDisk and also Micron. We were talking about SanDisk and Micron. And I was saying, basically, there are some things that are happening.

I won't burden you with all the details, but it's not really the place you'd like to be .

So, I think it might even be before 10:00, after I gave some kind of bearish forecast for Sandisk and Micron. Honestly, guys, I don't think this is really where you'd like to be .

That's going to bring buyers in. And a matter of fact, you see Micron is up $50 today in what is quite a bullish pattern that we see.

I'm sorry. I'm looking at micron trying to break out and I don't want to miss it.

You mentioned you're you're watching Micron. I do want to talk about the memory space. Uh you know after Nvidia's report last week and then you know Dell this week the the hardware the chipmakers etc are doing really well.

Micron also being a chipmaker but uh you know more on the memory side than the the computing side.

Now, Micron is kind of like the American-friendly play. We got into that early in the i13, and it's been on a tear. It's done very well. and it looks like it took a little bit of market share maybe from Micron.

Micron, 1.07 trillion. and 13x for Micron. and Micron, 6.1x. Absolutely nuts. and 50% on Micron. But Micron could easily double from you to 1,600 bucks that I've spoken about for a long time. Micron is growing fast, 85%.

Um, MU still looks okay, you know, looks really really tight. It's down a little bit this morning. Um, I I'm long a little mu. I'll probably add a little bit red. You can only add red.

That's that's a crazy thing. like you have to be so surgically good. So I will probably buy a little bit more muou. I I have not added on any strength. But if this market was healthy, it would break above this 970 and continue.

But we don't know if the market's healthy. We don't know if we're going to be down in September.
