the greatest stock in the world. Cheesecake Factory. Or shall we call it Cheesecake Factory down $27,000 here today.

So that horrible move from the cake got balanced out with the good old AMD.

Number one, we're going to talk about Cheesecake Factory. We're going to talk about is the stock a buy or not? The stock's finally under 100 again. So, I thought we'd talk about that.

Cheese Cheesecake Factory up 8,400.

And jeez, Cake Factory, the greatest stock in the world, up 70%.

Okay, Cheesecake Factory. So, Cheesecake Factory done amazing for us. $29,000 in gains here. It's a 7% waiting here. Cheesecake just doesn't interest me in selling this one either.

And the reason being is it pays me out those fatty dividends every 3 months, right? Which, keep in mind, from my cost basis, those dividends actually are pretty significant. Like a lot of the shares I have, I'm getting like a 3% plus yield on those just for holding them, right?

But additionally, when it comes to Cheesecake Factory, like why do I need to run out of that stock? They get the next 10 years of growth ahead. So, what is the point? Like, what is the point of running out of cheesecake?

So, that that's my perspective on that one. It's just continues to be a hold. If it ever got really overvalued, like the forward P went to like a 35 or something, uh, then I would probably position out or, and when I say position out, I still don't mean sell it all, but I would sell a big portion of my shares.

But right now, forward P on Cake is probably realistically 20-ish. When I got a company that has a 10year runway of growth ahead, why am I going to position out when the forward P is maybe a 20, right? So, that that's my perspective on cake

But there's one king has always got to be a king. And the king is Cheesecake Factory. Look at that threemonth move. 80 percentage points, ladies and gentlemen. Cheesecake Factory is up 80% the past three flipping flapjacking months. Holy smokes. Is that ain't no dang joke.

Fourth subject we'll get in here today is I want to explain why Cake stock has gone so insane cuz people look at that and like how is that like the greatest stock ever, right? 80% the past 3 months.

It's outperforming like anything you pretty much think of over the past 3 month span. Like what is going on there? There's some fundamental changes I need to explain what's going on there so everybody can understand that on a higher level.

Look at the Cheesecake Factory, up another $13,000 here today. Unbelievable. Now up $228,000 on Cheesecake Factory. Congratulations anybody that's been riding this Cheesecake Factory stock. Absolutely unbelievable.

Cheesecake Factory. This is one of the hottest stocks in the entire market. Now, it's up 172%. It doesn't even account for dividends received in the stock.
