Now we move on to Microsoft. It has been a busy week for Microsoft. Its shares started the week at 493 , then rose 4.5%, including more than 3.5% today, and closed the week at 316.

Sorry, not 316. Not Stone Cold. We are talking about the 516 for Microsoft.

This comes in conjunction with the company's launch of what I call the enterprise version of Muse . The company is not slowing down with regard to Copilot. They have updated Copilot , and from what I've seen—and this isn't a product I've personally used, but I'm trying to get feedback from enough people who use it—whether you work for a company or organization that has a license to use it, and perhaps its use is required of you in your work, feel free to share your opinion on Copilot in the comments below, and I'd like to know more about the developments they're making .

Are Microsoft programs perfect? Probably not. Are there always some flaws? usually. But what I like about this program, and I saw a demonstration of it , is that it is multimedia.

It's a much better version of Copilot, and I think we talked about that in last week's episode , and how they're working on making it available to large companies at a lower price when they buy a large number of licenses at once.

It is clear that Microsoft plays a role in the professional user sector , if not at the corporate level, then certainly at the enterprise level. I think they are doing a good job.

Now, their video game division is still struggling, with Xbox cutting around 268 jobs and Activision taking over development of the popular video game Halo. I think if the video game market ratings rise, they will want to break up that sector and sell it to another company.

Rumors suggest that this client may be Microsoft. The company may be expecting a successful launch for this joint venture. It probably already has computing demands that far exceed its current capacity.

Microsoft of course has its own cloud, but wants to maintain a positive cash flow this year from a capital expenditure perspective. One way to achieve this is, instead of building the data center yourself, to let SpaceX take on this task on behalf of its shareholders, and to lease the site instead of building it yourself.

But will it be enough news to move the stock price as we saw with Meta and even Microsoft this week?

Microsoft, oh my God, what a fantastic upward move! As you know, the stock rose significantly after the earnings announcement, and there was positive momentum from a capital spending perspective, perhaps less pronounced than Wall Street had anticipated.

Then the price suddenly fluctuated. It fluctuated between approximately 500 and 520 or 510. Then we saw a slight increase. We've been through this before with Microsoft, but it was rejected.

But with extreme optimism, and similar to Meta, we expect the rise to continue. Many will set a price target of $560 in the near term.
